Job summary

Financial & Realty Services, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to support a government client in Bethesda, MD, focusing on improving environments and processes in line with The Joint Commission’s Environment of Care and Life Safety accreditation standards for a large acute-care facility.

The role includes supporting facility design reviews, renovations, construction, inspections and day-to-day operations and maintenance, with documentation kept up to date for survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Professional degree related to engineering, architecture or project management.
• Minimum five years’ experience in construction and maintenance of large healthcare or government facilities.
• PE license is a plus.
• Candidates must pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Support hospital facility design reviews, renovation, construction, inspection and O&M activities.
• Provide oversight of maintenance and ensure adherence to codes & standards.
• Maintain/update current documentation required for hospital surveys.
