Job summary

Defense Health Agency seeks a Programs Manager at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD to lead accreditation and readiness initiatives with The Joint Commission and other bodies.

You will develop compliance processes, produce reports for executive committees, and guide PI improvements across the MTF.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in Accreditation and Continuous Readiness Program Management.
• PI Program Leadership for Healthcare.
• Healthcare Data Analysis and Program Evaluation.
• Team Leadership and Technical Guidance within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Program Manager for the MTF's accreditation and readiness programs for The Joint Commission and other regulators.
• Develops processes to assess and validate compliance checklists for applicable standards.
• Interprets external standards and develops local policy to ensure compliance where no precedent exists.
• Creates, analyzes and briefs accreditation reports and summaries to executive staff.
• Manages preparation, records, and reports of findings related to patient care for the Quality Council and committees.
• Supports CMO to ensure DHA regulatory compliance.
• Works with the Quality and Safety team on data collection and analysis.
