Job summary

The role requires overseeing preventive maintenance, CMMS work orders, and operating budgets, with strong collaboration across departments and with AHJs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily job performance of associates and assigns work; manages staffing and evaluations.
• Manages operating budgets and tracks expenses vs. budget; monitors supply inventory.
• Develops and maintains preventive maintenance programs and schedules; ensures records and compliance.
• Participates in capital construction and replacement projects; coordinates outside contractors.
• Communicates department goals, policies, and service interruptions; ensures quality standards.
