Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3 Years of Experience in Maintenance.
• SC driver's license and acceptable driving history.
• Must be able to read technical service manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains hospital mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Responds to alarms from building automation systems and coordinates repairs.
• Work on-call rotations per Engineering policy.
• Inspects and repairs water, steam, vacuum, and other utility systems.
• Ensures safety and infection control requirements are followed.
