Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for hospital mechanical equipment and infrastructure, including chillers, pumps, and life-safety systems.
• Performs daily rounds to ensure building systems operate properly and responds to house calls as needed.
• Maintains routine records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs; adheres to electrical safety and lockout/tagout standards.
• Assigned duties across air conditioning, carpentry, electrical, painting, plant operations and plumbing.
