Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a primary front-line Manager for the Property Management Maintenance Department at the Community Health Anderson Hospital. You will coordinate labor and materials for repair, preventive maintenance, and project work, ensuring expeditious and cost-effective completion.

You will oversee department operations, revise procedures to meet customer expectations, and implement emergency plans for critical equipment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labor and materials to complete repair, preventive maintenance, and project work efficiently.
• Oversee department operations, revise procedures, and align staffing with needs.
• Lead emergency action plans to address critical equipment or system failures.
• Manage shop, facilities, and renovation activities in alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Work with the Facilities Director on budgets and capital projects, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with subordinates, other departments, and external contractors/vendors to meet objectives.
