O&M Specialist to carry out work orders and ensure timely, quality repairs. The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years in general maintenance, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a DOT background check.

Qualifications

• Required - High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• General maintenance and operations 1-3 years.
• Knowledge of basic trade fundamentals and safe work practices.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a DOT background check.

Responsibilities

• Assists in performing and overseeing work orders for preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems at an apprentice level.
• Determines the nature of the problem and ensures repairs at an apprentice level are completed timely and with quality.
• Performs apprentice level maintenance incidental to system operations.
