Job summary

Nexus Health Systems is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to support the Director of Plant Operations in keeping the facility in good repair and safe for patients and staff.

You will perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance, respond to emergencies, and manage records of maintenance tasks across building systems. A high school diploma and at least two years of maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of building maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical and painting.
• Knowledge of building codes, licensing standards, and ADA guidelines.
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility in good repair to ensure a safe environment.
• Repairs and maintains doors, windows, lighting, and other building systems.
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Keeps records of scheduled maintenance and completes checklists.
• Ensures chemicals are properly stored and secured.
• Performs routine cleaning oversight of facilities and common areas.
