Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years construction and/or maintenance experience.
• Should be highly proficient in computer use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC systems and operation using the Building Automation System; assist and manage HVAC contractors.
• General repair, painting, and maintenance of building.
• Maintain grounds including lawn care and snow removal coordination.
• Carry out routine carpentry and plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare facility for special functions (tables, chairs, equipment).
• Respond promptly to alarms and codes per safety policies.
