Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in facilities maintenance, particularly in healthcare environments.
• Training in plant maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repairs on hospital buildings and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Document all maintenance activities and repairs accurately.
• Maintain and care for hospital grounds and landscaping.
