Qualifications

• 1 year experience in all phases of general maintenance
• 1 year experience in facilities maintenance

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance work throughout the Hospital.
• Assures all tools are clean and kept properly stored for future use and keeps inventory on all materials.
• Follows hospital, state and federal guidelines for safe environment and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintains facilities and equipment for department services to promote comfort, efficiency and safety.
• Operates, cleans and maintains equipment per department and safety procedures.
• Uses required PPE when in the department.
• Responds promptly to on-call duties.
