Job summary

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is seeking a Maintenance Tech to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of facility assets, ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for staff, patients and visitors. You will service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems under supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, responding to alarms, repairing doors and fixtures, and assisting in after-hours maintenance.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems knowledge and basic electrical/plumbing skills required.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Strong communication with team and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on building systems as assigned.
• Maintain boiler/mechanical/utility logs and respond to alarms.
• Repair doors, fixtures, and related structures; move and arrange equipment.
• Follow CMMS work orders and contribute to safe environment.
