Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Health System in Elizabethtown, NC is seeking a Facilities Technician to repair and maintain the hospital's physical plant, plumbing and electrical systems. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine means and methods to accomplish tasks with tools, equipment, materials, and time estimates.
• Interpret specifications, work requests, and diagrams.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and propose improvements.
• Service and maintain hospital equipment and systems (plumbing, electrical, lighting, etc.).
• Use hand, power, and test equipment safely and effectively.
• complete PM work orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
