Job summary

Summit Healthcare Association in Show Low, AZ is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II for a full-time day shift. You will perform skilled tasks maintaining hospital equipment and systems, including plumbing, lighting, HVAC, boiler and generator support, doors, access control, and minor drywall work.

The role may require on-call coverage in a 24/7 environment. Required: a high school diploma and 5–8 years of related experience; plumbing and electrical certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years related experience.
• English reading/writing proficiency.
• Plumbing and electrical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains hospital facilities equipment/systems.
• Assists in moving and remodeling of departments as needed.
• Patching and painting.
• Metal framing.
• Drywall and finishing.
• Small scale commercial remodel.
• On-call responsibilities as part of rotating schedule.
