Responsibilities

• Coordinate all maintenance and repair activities performed by assigned staff at SJH.
• Routinely inspect the facility to identify problems with systems or equipment.
• Supervise and schedule staff in one or more disciplines within the department, including all HVAC mechanics, electricians, plumbers, metal fabricators, and general mechanics.
• Responsible for budgetary compliance for projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC refrigeration, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Monitor staff performance through TMA to maintain a high level of services.
