Qualifications

• Valid Oregon driver's license and eligibility for Salem Health Fleet Safety Program within three months.
• Minimum of four years of building and equipment maintenance or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of repairs, installations, and modifications to hospital equipment and buildings with limited supervision.
• Completes maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications and hospital standards.
• Maintains preventive maintenance history and records in the electronic maintenance management system.
• Responds to and resolves emergency situations on systems and equipment.
• Communicates maintenance requests to customers, coworkers, and leadership in a timely manner.
• Monitors and orders facilities maintenance supplies as needed.
• Participates in department committees and decision-making activities; assists in training as requested.
• Keeps work areas clean and safe.
