Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of two years and must be at least eighteen at hire.
• Oregon driver’s license and eligibility for Fleet Safety Program within three months of hire.
• Meets Salem Health Fleet Safety Program MVR standards at time of hire.
• Minimum six years in building and equipment maintenance or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop staff in completing assignments, provide direction and ongoing guidance.
• Maintain accurate information in the Maintenance Management Program (labor, materials, timely completion).
• Coordinate, track and report on projects, preventive maintenance and service requests with internal/external partners.
• Collaborate with coordinators, supervisors, managers, engineers and staff to set priorities and action plans.
• Maintain professional communication with colleagues and customers.
