Qualifications

• Associate degree or formal training in facility maintenance preferred.
• 2-4 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• 3-5 years of facilities maintenance or engineering experience in a hospital/healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and hospital equipment.
• Respond to work orders and trouble calls promptly and professionally.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet safety regulations and hospital standards (OSHA, NFPA, Joint Commission).
• Address urgent repair requests to minimize disruptions to hospital operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance work, orders, and equipment performance.
• Assist with budget tracking and order maintenance supplies and parts.
