Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple capital, renovation, and operational construction projects, including scopes, schedules, budgets, milestones, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and hospital departments; prepare scopes of work, solicit and evaluate bids, and bring recommendations to leadership for authorization.
• Monitor budgets, commitments, expenditures, and change orders; identify project risks, schedule conflicts, and operational impacts.
• Meet regularly with department directors to evaluate renovation, equipment, and space needs; review drawings and coordinate relocations, space planning, and schedules around patient care.
