Bronson Battle Creek Hospital is hiring an Environmental Service Technician for the 3rd shift. This part-time role (32 hours weekly) focuses on cleaning patient rooms, public areas, and surgical spaces while upholding safety and infection control guidelines.

You’ll work with the Environmental Services Manager to maintain high cleanliness standards, deliver excellent service to staff and patients, and support a caring hospital environment in Battle Creek, MI.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English with departmental staff and patients.
• Strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms (occupied and unoccupied), public areas, surgical areas, and other spaces.
• Stock supplies and keep equipment clean and in working order.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines to ensure a clean and safe hospital environment.
• Provide excellent service to hospital staff and patients.
• Coordinate with the Environmental Services Manager to meet quality standards.
