Job summary

Bronson Healthcare is seeking an EVS Coordinator for Battle Creek on the 3rd shift (10:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m.) with a 36-hour week. You will work with EVS management and floor techs to maintain, repair, and oversee equipment and supplies, ensuring timely service and patient care.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, with 1–2 years in a similar role, able to use Excel and Word to track maintenance logs, manage vendor repair processes, and prioritize daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License.
• Proof of car insurance.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
• Must be mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with EVS Management, support staff and Floor Tech team to maintain, repair and improve EVS equipment and processes.
• Oversees repair estimates with vendors and ensures proper repairs are completed.
• Maintains and creates maintenance logs and reports in Excel; creates charts to convey information.
• Prioritizes daily tasks and manages time to meet goals.
• Communicates with repair vendors to ensure timely and accurate service.
