Job summary

Bronson Healthcare in Battle Creek is seeking an Environmental Service Technician for third shift to maintain a clean, safe hospital environment. You will clean patient rooms, public areas, and operating spaces, stock supplies, and follow infection control guidelines to protect patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, public areas, surgical areas and assigned spaces.
• Stock supplies and maintain equipment cleanliness and function.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines to ensure a safe hospital environment.
• Provide excellent service to hospital staff and patients.
• Coordinate with Environmental Services Manager to complete tasks to high standards.
• Follow detailed instructions and verify quality of work.
