The position offers 1st and 2nd shift hours, a $1,000 sign-on bonus distributed in 3 installments, and requires post-offer medical, background screening, and drug testing. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent required.

Aufgaben

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
