Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Healthcare EVS experience preferred but not required.
• Experience leading teams in large-scale service environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily EVS operations at Evanston Hospital, ensuring a clean, safe, and patient-focused environment.
• Supervise, coach, and develop frontline EVS staff and supervisors to achieve operational excellence.
• Promote safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement; plan staffing and assignments.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, supplies, and inventory to meet financial objectives and monitor performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement through data, processes, and collaboration with hospital leadership.
