Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication and basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude toward customers and co-workers.
• Follows proper procedures for hard floor care (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning).
• Operates floor care equipment and performs maintenance/restorative work on floor surfaces.
• Handles waste disposal, including MSW and infectious/pharmaceutical waste, following safety standards.
