Qualifications

• Four year college degree and/or equal related experience required.
• Six years of housekeeping management experience in a healthcare account.
• Must be able to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• General business acumen and strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and apply cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping department operations and leadership.
• Lead a team of Assistant Directors and Operations Managers.
• Partner with hospital leadership to achieve patient satisfaction and facility goals.
• Develop and manage department budget; monitor expenditures and variances.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other hospital departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
