Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an experienced Director of Environmental Services in Matthews, NC to lead the Housekeeping Department and coordinate with Assistant Directors and Operations Managers. You will serve as a liaison between administration and hospital departments.

You will develop and monitor the operating budget, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and drive quality and customer service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Three years of housekeeping management experience at a healthcare account required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• General business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals.
• Public speaking skills.
• Proficient in Windows Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities
