Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I in Minneapolis, MN, primarily based at Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC). You will deliver equipment, communicate with clinical staff, and ensure patient-ready devices meet protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are expected to support a 24/7 schedule; benefits are provided for regular full-time employees.

• Customer service experience required, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn equipment software.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Communicates with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality.
• Provides quality service, meets customer/company metrics, and adheres to protocols.
• Picks up, cleans, and prepares equipment for patient use per hospital procedures.
