Job summary

Agiliti in Grove, OK is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I to manage equipment flow within the hospital and maintain professional relationships with staff. The role supports a 24/7 schedule and requires lifting up to 75 pounds, with holidays included.

You will deliver and service equipment, train with clinical staff on features, and help ensure efficiency and quality in service delivery. This is a full-time, hourly position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is required and hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and support a 24/7 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Communicates with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality.
• Provides quality service, meets quality standards, and meets metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes all equipment for patient-ready use following protocols.
