Advocate Health is seeking a Full-time Environmental Services Aide for Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. The role involves floor care, waste handling, and maintaining a clean environment. Shift is 3:00pm–11:30pm with a 40-hour work week, in a benefits-eligible setting.

Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, ensuring safety, and providing excellent service to patients and staff. Strong English communication and reliability are essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years housekeeping experience preferred.
• Able to operate small electrical equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaners).
• Excellent customer service skills and English communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Clean, scrub, strip, polish, and refinish floors.
• Operate cleaning equipment including vacuums and floor machines.
• Ensure waste disposal per hospital policy and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas; assist with department tasks as needed.
• Uphold patient-focused and professional conduct at all times.
