Qualifications

• 6–12 months Customer Service experience in a team-oriented, high-volume environment OR healthcare housekeeping experience
• Ability to read and write Basic English
• Demonstrate excellent customer service behavior
• Able to function independently and as a member of a team

Responsibilities

• Maintains established orderliness, cleaning, and safety standards set by the department
• Complies with proper patient room cleaning policies
• Dispose of waste including biohazard and pharmaceutical waste according to policy
• Practice Infection Control standards and clean and disinfect fixtures
• Dust, mop, and clean public, patient, surgical, and office areas
• Document performed tasks and report needs for repair
