Keck Hospital of USC is seeking an Environmental Services Worker to maintain a clean, safe hospital environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The role requires basic English, 6–12 months of service or housekeeping experience, and strict adherence to infection control policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6–12 months customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• 6–12 months healthcare housekeeping, hotel, or hospitality experience.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service behavior.
• Able to function independently and as part of a team.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) required within 30 days of hire if not already obtained.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety per department standards.
• Follow patient room cleaning policies.
• Dispose of waste and hazardous materials per hospital policy.
• Clean and disinfect fixtures in all areas of the facility.
• Document performed tasks and report maintenance needs.
• Demonstrate respectful, team-oriented behavior and support USC mission.
