Qualifications

• Prefers High School or equivalent.
• 6–12 months customer service experience in a busy environment.
• 6–12 months healthcare housekeeping, hotel, or hospitality experience.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service behavior.
• Able to function independently and as a team member.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) required within 30 days of hire if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards per department.
• Complies with patient room cleaning policies.
• Properly dispose of hospital waste per policy.
• Clean and disinfect fixtures across public and patient areas.
• Restrooms are stocked, disinfected, and replenished.
• Demonstrates infection control standards and teamwork.
