Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months customer service experience in a team-oriented, high-volume, guest-centric environment OR
• 6–12 months healthcare housekeeping, hotel, or hospitality experience.
• Read and write basic English.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service behavior.
• Able to function independently and as a member of a team.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City); if no card upon hire, must obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintains orderliness, cleaning, and safety standards as per department policies.
• Complies with patient room cleaning policies and proper waste disposal.
• Cleans and disinfects fixtures and surfaces across public, patient, surgical, and office areas.
• Documents performed tasks and reports items in need of repair.
• Demonstrates respectful, team-oriented conduct with patients, staff and managers.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
