The role requires 6–12 months of healthcare housekeeping or customer service experience, basic English literacy, and the ability to work in a team. The position pays an hourly rate ranging from $21.84 to $34.48.

Qualificações

• High School or equivalent is preferred.
• 6–12 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 6–12 months of healthcare housekeeping, hotel, or hospitality experience.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service behavior.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) must be obtained within 30 days of hire (LA City only).

Responsabilidades

• Maintains established cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards.
• Complies with patient room cleaning policies.
• Disposes of hospital waste and supplies according to policy.
• Practices infection control standards.
• Cleans carpets, public areas, and patient care areas.
• Dusts, mops, and cleans surfaces and fixtures.
• Reports items and equipment needing repair.
• Documents completed tasks.
• Demonstrates USC Hospital mission and teamwork.
