Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of diploma.
• Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or custodial work in a healthcare or similar setting preferred.
• Annual DOT certification
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; basic computer skills for supply tracking or training modules.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the healthcare facility.
• Perform cleaning, floor care, and waste management tasks in accordance with infection control and safety standards.
• Adhere to the B Safe program and Kettering Health's mission, vision, values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
