Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) or relevant experience, English communication, ability to follow instructions, and capacity to operate cleaning equipment. DOT certification is required annually where applicable.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection procedures.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer skills for supply tracking or training modules.
• Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the healthcare facility.
• Perform cleaning, floor care, and waste management in accordance with infection control standards.
