Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate General Studies with healthcare experience.
• High School GED General Studies with healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms and hospital areas to protect patients and staff from infection.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment and follow proper disposal for biohazards.
• Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and equipment per standards.
• Follow infection prevention practices, PPE usage, and HIPAA privacy rules.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to support safety and quality.
• Mentor new Environmental Services staff as needed.
