Atrium Health Union - Environmental Services is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Technician to perform cleaning tasks across patient and non-patient areas. The role entails dusting, sanitizing, window and floor care, restocking restrooms, and reporting repairs.

Indoor work predominates, with some outdoor cleaning and use of cleaning chemicals. The position offers benefits, education assistance, wellness incentives, parental leave, health insurance, and retirement contributions.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred: One year experience.
• Can prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
• Can operate cleaning equipment.
• Can establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers.

Responsabilités

• Performs complete cleaning of assigned areas to include, but not limited to: Dusting and sanitizing furniture, equipment, mirrors and fixtures.
• Washing windows, walls, ceilings, vents and light fixtures.
• Sweeping, scrubbing and refinishing floors.
• Vacuuming and shampooing carpet.
• Re-stocking restrooms.
• Replacing light bulbs.
• Reporting repairs.
