Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a dependable cleaner to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will perform cleaning tasks across assigned areas, maintain safety standards, and report repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Preferred: One year experience
• Can prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner
• Can operate equipment
• Can establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of assigned areas: dusting, sanitizing, washing walls and fixtures
• Sweep, scrub, and refinish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets
• Restock restrooms and replace light bulbs
• Report repairs and equipment issues to maintenance staff
• Maintain safe working environment by following infection control guidelines
• Attend required in-service education and training classes including safety updates
• Meet time schedules and deadlines consistently
