Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Clovis, NM is seeking a Housekeeper/Environmental Services Tech for Plains Regional Medical Center to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This full-time role involves a range of environmental services duties across the facility.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and less than one year of experience in institutional housekeeping.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Less than one year experience in institutional housekeeping.

Responsibilities

Maintains all areas according to departmental standards.
Ensures proper infection control procedures when processing linen, trash, medical waste, and performing cleaning tasks.
Demonstrates awareness and understanding of the PI Program, Excellence in Action, Competencies, and the Mission & Vision of PRMC.
Maintains and uses housekeeping equipment properly and safely.
Reports pertinent information to the supervisor or appropriate authority.
Performs departmental record keeping.
Performs all duties necessary to ensure appropriate linen and supply levels.
Performs floor care.
