Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Environmental Services Supervisor for the Environmental Services Department (Housekeeping). Hours vary by department needs, including weekends/holidays. Starting rate: $30.21/hr.

Essential duties include coordinating staff schedules, assigning duties, training on cleaning procedures, and ensuring sanitation standards. Requires HS Diploma/GED; Bachelor's preferred; must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to bend/lift/push/pull at least 50lbs.
• Must be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Arrange with the Environmental Services Manager for special activity functions and setups.
• Receive work assignments from the Manager and establish daily staff schedules.
• Assign duties, issue supplies/equipment, and inspect completed work.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures and efficient material use.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across patient and hospital areas.
• Coordinate trash removal from grounds and entrances and inspect daily.
