Providence Swedish in Edmonds is seeking a Supervisor for Environmental Services who will oversee assigned personnel to ensure work is performed in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will assist in training staff to ensure understanding and compliance.

Responsibilities include scheduling, supply tracking, ordering, on-the-job and classroom training, and safe handling of chemicals, with emphasis on inspections, audits, and HIPAA disposal.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of college coursework
• 3 years in a supervisory role with 15+ employees
• Excellent customer service experience
• Experience scheduling, supply tracking, and training
• Experience handling chemicals and safety processes
• Labor tracking, disciplinary actions, audits & HIPAA disposal

Responsabilités

• Supervise assigned personnel to ensure policy compliance
• Assist in training employees on policies and procedures
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by Manager/Director of Environmental Services
