Qualifications

• 1+ years of college or more.
• 3 years of proven supervisory experience over 15+ employees.
• Excellent customer service mannerisms and experience.
• Scheduling, supply tracking and ordering, classroom training and on-the-job training, mixing & usage of chemicals.
• Equipment maintenance, labor tracking, workflow routing, disciplinary actions & progress reports, HIPAA documentation disposal, inspections & audit tracking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of assigned personnel to ensure policy conformance and quality.
• Assist in training employees to ensure understanding of policies and procedures.
• Handle additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Environmental Services Manager/Director.
