Qualifications

• One year supervisory experience.
• Sufficient oral and written command of English to understand instructions and communicate to others.
• Ability to write reports, complete statistics, complete forms, etc.
• Ability to give verbal reports; talk to and listen to others.
• Excellent customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly and attractive conditions in the facility.
• Coordinates some activities of the Environmental Services and linen Department with those of other hospital departments.
• Provides support and guidance to staff. Serves as a relief person as necessary.
