Qualificações

• Associate Degree or higher preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience in the profession required.
• 1-2 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises environmental services staff, ensuring proper cleaning techniques and safety standards.
• Conducts quality assurance inspections and follows up on deficiencies.
• Provides orientation and on-the-job training for new and existing employees.
• Monitors inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensures compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborates with other departments to address cleaning concerns and align with cleanliness standards.
• Maintains records of procedures, staff performance, and quality control metrics.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains regular attendance.
