Job summary

Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS seeks a Hospitality Environmental Services Supervisor to lead the Environmental Services Department. The role focuses on delivering a sanitary, aseptic environment while complying with state, local, federal, and Joint Commission standards.

You will oversee daily operations, promote positive patient interactions to meet HCAHPS goals, supervise staff performance, and coordinate with hospital leadership to maintain safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 3 Years' Experience In Hospitality Or Housekeeping Required
• Knowledge of healthcare or hospital operations preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in supervisory position preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Environmental Services Department operations within the hospital.
• Ensure a sanitary, aseptic environment while complying with regulations and policies.
• Evaluate systems, initiate improvements, and coordinate with management.
• Oversee daily staff performance and departmental responsibilities to meet safety standards.
• Promote positive patient interactions to meet or exceed HCAHPS goals.
