Job summary

North Adams Regional Hospital is seeking Environmental Services staff to perform routine cleaning in various hospital areas and assist with minor repairs and equipment transport. The role requires adherence to safety regulations and the hospital's Service Standards.

Experience in healthcare cleaning and CPI training for behavioral health or emergency departments is preferred. Strong communication and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• The ability to read and write English, and to communicate effectively.
• CPI training is required for staff assigned to behavioral health units and the emergency department.
• Ability to follow instructions, ability to perform repetitive duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and on-demand cleaning in hospital departments, patient care units, and ancillary areas.
• Perform minor repairs, moves, and transport of soiled equipment.
• Follow safety regulations and organizational policies.
• Deliver excellent services to assigned units and adhere to standards.
