Parkland Health is seeking an Environmental Services worker to uphold clean, sanitary, and safe conditions across hospital units and departments. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash collection, bed area cleaning, and timely turnover of patient rooms to support patient flow.

You will collaborate with patients, visitors, and Parkland staff to deliver outstanding customer service, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain supplies and equipment for continuous operations.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to follow both oral and written directions.
• Must be able to demonstrate sanitation techniques and the use of cleaning materials; or learn the department’s techniques within ninety days.

Aufgaben

• Cleans assigned areas to ensure a clean, sanitary and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Harmoniously works with patients, visitors, hospital employees, and managers to promote customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintains and cares for environmental services materials, equipment and supplies; notifies supervisor for requisitions or repairs to ensure safety and efficiency.
