Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or high school equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors and decisions.
• Maintains clean and aseptic conditions in assigned area by vacuuming, scouring, dust mopping, high dusting, making beds, removing trash/linen, washing walls and ceilings.
• Uses vacuum and cleaning supplies effectively in daily work.
• Follows detergents, germicides, and handling procedures as recommended.
• Keeps station, cart, closet, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Reports needed equipment repairs to the Supervisor.
• Logs shift activities as required.
• Collects or distributes linen as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable laws, Trinity Health standards, and organizational policies.
